Assays were carried out in 100 mM Tris buffer containing 50 mM NaCl, 10 µM ZnCl2, pH 7.0, at 37 °C, in a final volume of 100 µL. The results are shown as the mean of three independent experiments. The SD of kinetic was never greater than 5% of the value obtained.
