NOTE. Subjects in our sample included both healthy control subjects and patients covering the whole spectrum of AD-related cognitive impairment: Aβ-negative healthy control subjects (HC−), Aβ-positive healthy control subjects (HC+), eMCI+, lMCI+, and AD patients (AD+). Group comparisons: analysis of variance was conducted for all measures except sex (Kruskal-Wallis test).
