The antitumor efficacy of cdGIGPQc-ScFv in vivo. Inhibitory effects of cdGIGPQc-ScFv were evaluated in murine xenograft models of A549 cell (A) and L78 cell (D). When average tumor volume reached 100 mm³, mice were randomly divided into four group (n=6), equal amount of cdGIGPQc-ScFv, cNAQAEQc-ScFv and ScFv were injected i.v. every four days for three times. Mice treated with PBS served as negative control. (B, E) The tumor volume was regularly measured using caliper and calculated by the formula: V=(length × width²)/2.
