The antitumor efficacy of cdGIGPQc-ScFv in vivo. Inhibitory effects of cdGIGPQc-ScFv were evaluated in murine xenograft models of A549 cell (A) and L78 cell (D). When average tumor volume reached 100 mm3, mice were randomly divided into four group (n=6), equal amount of cdGIGPQc-ScFv, cNAQAEQc-ScFv and ScFv were injected i.v. every four days for three times.
