USP11 interacts with VGLL4 in cells. A. 293T cells were co-transfected with FLAG-USP11 (WT or CA mutant) and Myc-VGLL4 constructs. After 24 h, cell lysates were prepared for Co-IP with anti-FLAG antibody and Western blotting. B. 293T cells were as well co-transfected with FLAG-USP11 (WT or CA mutant) and Myc-VGLL4 constructs.
