Genetic identity of rLCMV/CD. BHK-21 cells were infected (moi=0.01) with rLCMV/WT or rLCMV/CD. At 72 h p.i., RNA was isolated from LCMV- and mock-infected control cells and subjected to RT-PCR using WT (top) or CD (bottom) LCMV GP specific primers.
