In panel A, P was <0.05 for all results for expression in the livers of infected WT mice versus expression in the livers of 8 naive (uninfected) WT mice, and the + symbols for uninfected mice for CXCL13 and CCL2 indicate values of 3.6 ± 1.6 and 0.33 ± 0.9 units, respectively. In panel B, P was <0.05 for all results for infected WT mice versus infected IFN-γ^−/− mice, and the + symbols for IFN-γ^−/− mice indicate values for CXCL13 and CCL2 of 1.5 ± 0.6 and 1.3 ± 0.3 units, respectively.
