TLR3 and TLR4 expression on pMSCs. pMSCs were cultured in the presence or absence of LL-37 for 2 days. Expression of TLR3 (a) and TLR4 (b) was determined by flow cytometry. LL-37 induced TLR3 expression on pMSCs but had no effect on TLR4 expression. Results are presented as mean ± SEM of three experiments using three different pMSC donors.
