Effects of Thai fruit extracts on the protein expression of antioxidant enzymes. Cells were treated with vehicle (control) or 100 μg/ml fruit extracts for 24 h. After treatment, the cell lysates were immunoblotted with anti-Mn-SOD, anti-GPx-1, or anti-catalase antibodies. The expression of GAPDH served as a loading control. The protein expression was quantified, expressed as the fold increase over vehicle (control) level, and shown as the mean ± SEM (n = 4). P < 0.05 versus control.
