Age-specific k-factors (mSv mGy−1 cm−1) for 0-, 1-, 5-, 10- and 15-y-old, and adult ICRP reference phantoms for eight different scan types based on head and body CTDI phantoms. For the chest and pelvis scans where the effective doses based on the ICRP 60 and 103 tissue weighting factors are significantly different, 60 and 103 were added in the parenthesis for the scan types. The k-factors for other scan types are based on ICRP 103.
