In other all animals, p35 expressions were close or apparently lower than p25, even in sham group, which might be induced by the stress during surgeries. The expressions of p25, p35 and CDK5 in vehicle and Scb animals were lower than sham and TFP5 animals, which indicated the non-ischemic tissues in ischemic hemispheres of animals with TFP5 injection were more than vehicle and Scb animals.
