Notes: (A) Fluorescent micrographs of AO and PI double-stained on treated and untreated HT-29 cells: (a) Untreated cells. (b) Early apoptosis was seen after 12 h. (c) More membrane blebbing was seen at 24 hours in the cells along with formation of apoptotic bodies and chromatin condensation. (d) Cells treated on the last day (48 hours) showed most of the cells undergoing late apoptosis. Magnification ×20.
