Time-kill assays for Pepcon against exponentially growing bacterial strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, S. aureus ATCC 43300, S. aureus ATCC 33591, S. aureus ATCC 29213, Salmonella enterica, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Notes: Viability was counted at the indicated time points by serial dilution plating. Values are the mean of independent tests performed in triplicates. The positive control represents bacteria not treated with Pepcon.
