Syngeneic B6129F1 recipient mice were injected intravenously with 2x 10⁶ APL cells (leukemic). Nine days after APL injection, mice were treated with a single subcutaneous dose of sc-202525 (2 mg/Kg, n = 5) or vehicle control (DMSO, n = 5). PB samples were taken at 0, 1, 2, 4 and 7 hours post-treatment for WBC count (A) and FCM analysis for leukemia cell quantification (B). Each bar represents the mean ± SD of 5 independent replicates.
