(E) The DNA methylation level of the LOC_Os01g55450 promoter region decreased after multi-generational drought in Huhan3. However, its expression significantly increased in G11. (F) The promoter region, gene body, CDS and 3′UTR of LOC_Os03g12290 were hyper-methylated after multi-generational drought. Its expression level was significantly decreased in G11 under drought conditions.
