(A) 5-FU bone marrow cells from Btk^–/Tec^– mice were infected with vector control, Btk, or mutants and put back into lethally irradiated mice. (B) Cell-surface-marker analysis. Splenocytes and peritoneal cells were harvested and red blood cells were lysed before staining with IgM/IgD and IgM/CD5, respectively. All live cells were gated based on forward and size scatter.
