  • If score < 2, an alcohol use disorder is unlikely, proceed with motivational interviewing for risky drinking

  • If score ≥ 2, an alcohol use disorder is likely. Consider referral.
≥15 ≥13 Alcohol use disorder is very likely. Consider referral.
