Incubation of soluble HMW oAβ isolated from human brain by SEC releases lower MW Aβ species. A TBS extract of brain AD1 was chromatographed on a Superdex 75 column, fractions were collected, and a portion of each analyzed by Western blot (mAbs 2G3 + 21F12 + 6E10) (A, left) and by ELISAs (B, left).
