Figure 3. IL-1β-induced phosphorylation of MEK, ERK1/2, JNK, and p38.

Figure 3

(a) In cells treated with IL-1β (50 pM), the levels of phosphorylated MEK (p-MEK), total MEK (t-MEK), phosphorylated ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2), total ERK1/2 (t-ERK1/2), phosphorylated JNK (p-JNK), total JNK (t-JNK), phosphorylated p38 (p-p38) and total p38 (t-p38) were detected by Western blotting. Relative density of p-MEK (b), p-ERK1/2 (c), p-JNK (d) and p-p38 (e) compared with that at time 0 is described. Results are presented as mean ± SE from 3 independent experiments. The F values were 136.25 (b), 487.47 (c), 502.91 (d) and 97.77 (e). The degrees of freedom was 6 (b–e). *P < 0.05.
