(A) Binding affinities of KBAs toward kanamycin. The Kdapp value for each KBA was determined by ELONA. (B) Binding specificity of KBA 2 and KBA 3-1 (1 μM), which showed lower binding affinities toward other antibiotics than the other KBAs. (C) Binding specificity of KBA 2 and KBA 3-1 (1 μM) against 1:10 diluted bovine serum and rabbit serum. (D) The LOD values of KBA 2 and KBA 3-1 were analyzed. Both aptamers could detect kanamycin down to 6.25 nM. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
