Lysates from Bend.5 endothelial cells, treated as labelled, were collected and assayed for CXCL-1 (A and B) and IL-6 (C) by ELISA. All cytokines were significantly increased in cultures treated with IL-1α and demonstrated a greater increase than IL-1β.
