Retinal lysates from two dark- and light-adapted WT and VPP transgenic mice were immunoblotted with anti-phospho-Src family (Y416) A., anti-Src B., and anti-rhodopsin E. antibodies. Grb14 immunoprecipitates from dark- and light-adapted WT and VPP mice were immunoblotted with anti-PY99 C. and reprobed with anti-Grb14 D. antibodies.
