Tumor lysates were prepared from tumor tissues obtained from AsPC-1 tumor-bearing mice and were analyzed by immunoblotting. Data are representative of pooled lysates obtained from tumor sections of at least 5 mice in each therapy group. The intensity of bands was quantitated by densitometry and is represented in the bar graph after normalizing values with corresponding total protein expression or GAPDH expression.
