PDAC cells were plated on 96-well plates and treated with nab-paclitaxel (0 to 10 μM) as depicted through the open circle line. Another group of cells were treated with IC₂₅ dose of BMS-754807 (500 μM) and nab-paclitaxel as depicted through the open triangle line. After 72 hours, 10 μl WST-1 reagent was added in each well and incubated for 2 additional hours. The absorbance at 450 nm was measured using a microplate reader. The resulting number of viable cells was calculated by measuring absorbance of color produced in each well. Data are the mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
