RT-qPCR analysis confirms RNA-seq results showing that GSY1, DMC1, and EFM6 respond to hypoxia. The indicated gene was normalized to FLC3/YGL139W, which does not change during hypoxia (Table S1). qPCR was always performed on a no-RT control with negative results.
