ITC data for binding of diC4-PI(3,4,5)P3 to Akt(PHD)·CaM complex. Data were best fit to a one-site model with a Kd value of 8 μm. The binding affinity is very similar to that obtained for diC4-PI(3,4,5)P3 titration to free Akt(PHD) in Fig. 2, indicating that CaM has minimal effect on lipid binding.
