FISH was carried out using 35S rDNA (green) and IGS-A (red) probes. FISH analyses of somatic metaphase chromosomes of B. napus ‘Darmor’ (A–C), B. napus ‘Aparagus kale’ (D–F) and B. napus ‘Yudal’ (G–I).
