Parameters ETR_max, TPU and V_Cmax were determined from A/C_i curves after Sharkey et al. (2007), K_c and K_o were taken from Sharkey et al. (2007), R_d and Γ* were determined from A/PAR and A/C_i curves after Yin et al. (2009). All parameters were temperature-adjusted after Bernacchi et al. (2001).
