FFAR2 deficiency dysregulated the cAMP-PKA-CREB-HDAC pathway, and BRBs restored that pathway in the ApcMin/+ mice but not the ApcMin/+-FFAR2−/− mice. Representative immunohistochemical staining and quantitative results for cAMP, phosphor-PKA (p-PKA), phosphor-CREB (p-CREB), HDAC2, HDAC4 and acetyl H3 from the ApcMin/+ mice and ApcMin/+-FFAR2−/− mice fed a control diet or a BRB diet.
