Inhibitory effects of various concentrations of glycine and AMX on H. pylori 26695. H. pylori was treated with the indicated concentrations of the test compounds for 3 days. AMX was used at concentrations of 0 to 75 ng/ml. Glycine was used at concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1, and 2.5 mg/ml. The mean value for the log number of CFU per milliliter at each concentration was plotted. Representative results from five independent experiments are shown.
