Inhibition of viral titer production in HFF infected with HCMV Towne strain (0.005 PFU/cell) in the presence of the indicated amounts of UV-inactivated virus. Yields were measured at eight drug concentrations from 120 to 0.02 μM. IC90s are reported as the means ± SDs of three experiments.
