Specificity of the UbFC assay. YN-Ub and bJun-CC (A), YN-SUMO1 and bJun-CC (B), YN-SUMO1ΔG and Jun-CC (C), and YN-UbMut and Jun-CC (D) were expressed in COS-1 cells.
