The distributions of the end-to-end distance P(r1N) for Aβ16–22 monomer in aqueous OPLS urea (A) and water (B). Shift in P(r1N) distribution toward larger r1N indicates that Aβ16–22 peptides adopt more extended, open-like structures in urea solution.
