Rats were treated daily with DEHP (0, 250, 500, 750 mg/kg) by gavage for 30 days. CYP2b1 level in rat thyroid was assessed by IF analysis, and Sult1e1 by IHC analysis. Green fluorescence and brown indicated positive expressions of CYP2b1 and Sult1e1, respectively. Magnification: X200. (A) Protein levels of TSHr and TRHr were altered after DEHP treatment.
