PDE inhibitors increase phospho‐HSP20 levels dose dependently. SH‐SY5Y cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of PDE inhibitors (A) Rolipram, (B) Sildenafil, (C) PF‐04447943 and (D) BAY 73‐6691 for 15 min. Cell lysates were prepared and blotted for phospho‐HSP20. Levels of phospho‐HSP20 were normalised against tubulin and increases plotted against control, untreated samples n = 3, errors are SEM.
