†, there was one instance of chest pain. The patient was immediately hospitalized and thoroughly examined. There was no evidence of a cardiovascular or pulmonary cause, and the reason was determined to be constipation. ‡, there was one instance of grade 3 pneumonia. The patient was hospitalized for 3 days for intravenous penicillin. The patient continued the protocol after discharge and received the final vaccination. None of the patients experienced dose-limiting toxicities.
