Gain of integrin-α8 expression shows drug resistance in MM cells. Drug treated integrin-α8 overexpressed LP1 (50 μM melphalan, 1 μM bortezomib) and 8226 (0.1 mM melphalan, 1 μM bortezomib) were incubated for 24 h. Cell viability was measured using CCK8 solution.
