For variables only reported at follow-up (e.g., working ability) and for biological variables (four assessment points), the letters indicate significant group differences at the indicated time point. (e.g. ‘Follow-up: AC’ would indicate that groups SMC and EXPECT have significantly different scores at follow-up)
