The sensitivity of breast cancer cells to doxorubicin regulated by Nrf2 and p62. (A) The protein levels of Nrf2 and p62 were determined by western blot in MCF‐7 cells after pretreated with 40 μmol/L tBHQ for 24 h. (B) The tBHQ‐pretreated cells were treated with the indicated doses of doxorubicin for 24 h, followed by the CCK8 assay. (C) Protein levels of Nrf2 and p62 were determined by western blot in T47D cells infected with Nrf2 shRNA or p62 shRNA lentivirus.
