Immunofluorescence microscopy showed the expression of S100B in DG of the hippocampus of C57BL/6J mice upon treatment with HIV-1 gp120 (50 ng/mouse, 2d), METH (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 mg/kg/d), NT (1.5 mg/kg/d, 3d). DAPI was used to stain the nuclei in the brain tissues in the merged pictures. (CON) mice without any treatment. (gp120) mice injected with gp120. (METH) mice injected with METH.
