Countin enhances cAMP-stimulated GFP-CRAC binding to membranes. (A) Treatment of cells with anti-countin antibodies inhibits CRAC translocation to the membrane. CRAC-GFP/crac− cells were treated as described in the legend of Fig. 3A, and Western blots were stained with anti-GFP antibodies.
