(A) Sp1 or TfR1-targeted were transfected into SiHa and S3 cells, respectively. 5-fold of IC50 platinum drugs including oxaliplatin, cisplatin, and carboplatin were incubated with cells for performing ELISA assay (P < 0.05), as described in Materials and Methods section.
