(AA9) Clone formation efficiency of cultured Müller cells treated with Ad/Lin28B was higher than that treated with Ad/GFP. Both self-renewal ability (A8) and proliferation (A9) of Ad/Lin28B infected group were significantly stronger compared with the Ad/GFP infected group. (BB2) DNA content analysis of Müller cells treated with Ad/Lin28B or Ad/GFP by flow cytometry. There was a significant increase in the percentage of S phase in Müller cells treated with Ad/Lin 28B compared with those treated with Ad/GFP. Representative results are shown.
