Tumor derived OCI-AML2 human leukemia cells (1 × 106) were injected subcutaneously into the flanks of male SCID mice. When tumors were palpable, animals were separated into four groups and were treated with ME-344 by i.p. injection (50, 75, and 100 mg/kg every other day) or vehicle control (n = 8 per group). Tumor weight (A), tumor volume (B), and body weight (C) were monitored over time.
