The arrow marks indicate the lipids present in adipocytes which appears red. Osteoblast detection was demonstrated by two types of staining. i.) Staining the Calcium deposits with alizarin red S: [C].Undifferentiated ASCs appeared in slightly reddish colour (10x magnification). [D]. Fully differentiated ASCs into osteoblasts appears in bright orange – red colour (100x magnification). ii.)
