Multi-volumetric SESLO registration. Three SS-SESLO-OCT volumes were acquired with the subject moving freely and re-fixating between each data set. All SESLO images were registered to (a) the first frame of volume 1 to calculate (b) translational (top and middle) and rotational (bottom) bulk motions (see Visualization 2 (26MB, AVI) ). (c) Bulk motion compensation and averaging of all 1500 SESLO frames results in significant SNR improvement with no loss of features. Raw SESLO frames were acquired at 200 fps. Each volumetric data set is delineated by dotted lines and a period of missing data during a blink is labeled by the red bar.
