Multi-volumetric SESLO registration. Three SS-SESLO-OCT volumes were acquired with the subject moving freely and re-fixating between each data set. All SESLO images were registered to (a) the first frame of volume 1 to calculate (b) translational (top and middle) and rotational (bottom) bulk motions (see Visualization 2 ^{(26MB, AVI)} ). (c) Bulk motion compensation and averaging of all 1500 SESLO frames results in significant SNR improvement with no loss of features. Raw SESLO frames were acquired at 200 fps.
