Titration isotherms for WT and K-E analogs with different inhibitory capacity suggesting more than one type of binding site in the vesicles. All titrations were done at 30°C with unilamellar POPG:POPC liposomes (n = 3). The peptide was present in the chamber at 20–30 μM and liposomes (0.5–1 mM of lipid) were injected (20 μl per step) from a syringe at 300 s intervals.
