For each virus strain, the infectivity titer of virus in MA104 cells treated with test or control monoclonal antibody is expressed as a percentage of the infectivity titer in the absence of monoclonal antibody. (B) AK7 inhibits SA11 binding to Caco-2 cells. The infectious titer of SA11 bound to cells treated with monoclonal antibody is expressed as a percentage of the titer bound in the absence of monoclonal antibody.
