Cytostatic/cytotoxic activities of α-defensins against MT-2 cells. Crp3 (inverted triangle), Crp 4 (triangle), HD5 (square), RMAD-3 (hexagon), and RMAD-4 (diamond) were incubated for 72 h with MT-2 cells. Cells were harvested for viability, and the percentage of viable cells was calculated based on eight cell replicates (100% viable) and eight blank wells (0% viable).
