Mice were exposed to air (sham) or CS for 4 days. On day 5, mice were administered 30 μl of PBS or 10^4.5 PFU of Mem71 intranasally. All mice (sham PBS, CS PBS, sham Mem71 and CS Mem71) were weighed daily at 8:45 hours until day 12 (7 days post-infection). Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. as a change in weight from day 1 (n=10 per group).
