Effect of 7-ketocholesterol (7KCHO) on viability of MC3T3-E1 cells. MC3T3-E1 cells were seeded in 24-well plates (1.0 × 10⁴ cells per well) and cultured until reaching 90–95% confluence. 7KCHO at indicated concentrations were added. Cell viability was assayed using a WST-8 cell counting kit at 24 h after addition of 7KCHO.
